"Good selection, even if one order had a small hiccup"
I’ve ordered from Hirt’s a few times over the past year, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The main reason I keep checking back is that they usually have a solid selection, including a couple of plants I couldn’t find anywhere near me at the time. On my most recent order, one item showed as available when I checked out, but later it ended up getting swapped or removed, which was a little frustrating. That said, most of what I wanted was still in stock, and I’ve noticed their inventory changes often. I’d say it’s a 4-star experience for me.

"Honestly, they got it right"
I ordered a few plants from hirts, and everything in the box was exactly what I picked out. No wrong plants, nothing missing, and the labels were all correct, which was a relief since a couple of them were tiny starter plants and I definitely would’ve been guessing. I wasn’t really expecting much beyond just hoping the order wasn’t messed up, but it was straightforward and they handled it fine. So yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

"My plant order had a little…"
My plant order had a little issue at first, which was annoying for a minute, but they handled it well. They refunded me and sent out a replacement quickly, so it didn’t turn into a whole big thing. Support was nice enough too, which always helps. I was half expecting it to be a hassle, like those back-and-forth email situations that somehow eat up your whole week, but nope. I’d order from them again...

"Had a good feeling once I opened the box"
I ordered a plant from hirts as soon as I opened the box, I felt like it was a solid buy. It looked really healthy, no broken stems, no droopy sad leaves, and the soil was still pretty much where it was supposed to be. The roots looked good too, which gave me a good gut feeling about it. I was a little nervous about having a plant shipped, but it showed up better than I expected. I gave it some water and it perked right up. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Quick and Helpful Customer Service"
I had a question about my order and didn’t expect a quick reply, but they got back to me fast. And they actually answered my question, not just one of those generic copy-paste responses, you know? They were really nice and helped me figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a huge issue or anything, but it definitely made the whole order feel less stressful. That kind of thing matters, right? I’d order from hirts.com again.

"Pretty easy shopping experience"
I used hirts.com it was easy to navigate. The categories actually made sense, which is always nice, right?? Checkout was straightforward too, and I didn’t feel confused trying to place my order. A couple of pages loaded a little slower than I expected, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it was simple enough and I didn’t run into any major problems ordering.

"Pretty good deals on nice plants"
I ordered a few plants from Hirt's Gardens and, i was happy with it overall. Like, the prices felt fair, the plants showed up in decent shape, and I didn’t get that annoying feeling like I overpaid or got ripped off, you know? I’ve definitely seen worse on other plant sites. I’d probably order from them again if I came across something I really wanted

"My Plant Arrived in Good Shape Overall"
I ordered a plant from hirts and was a little nervous when the box showed up, because you never really know how a plant is going to handle shipping. Once I opened it up, the roots actually looked good. A few of them were bent a bit from being in the package, but nothing was mushy or damaged-looking, so that was a relief. I went ahead and repotted it right away, and so far it seems to be settling in just fine. I’m taking off one star only because I do think the packaging could’ve been a little better, but overall I’m happy with how it arrived

"Pretty good overall, just a little rough from shipping"
The plant showed up looking a bit tired from the trip, and at first I wasn’t sure if it was going to perk back up. A couple of the leaves were bent, which made me second-guess if I should’ve been worried, but after I watered it, it bounced back well. Nothing was seriously damaged, so overall I’d say it handled delivery fine. I’d probably give it 4 stars.

I still remember opening the box and feeling so relieved because the plant was tucked in so well. The box was sturdy, everything was packed nicely, and there wasn’t any mess or broken leaves at all. It made me really happy to see it arrive looking healthy and cared for

"I ordered from hirts and the plant…"
I ordered from hirts and the plant arrived quickly, which I appreciated. A few leaves were bent and one of the stems was cracked, probably from the box getting tossed around in transit. I get that shipping plants isn’t easy, and it doesn’t seem fair to blame them completely, especially since the roots looked healthy and the plant started perking up after a few days. I’d order again, but I do think it would be decent to pack the plants a little more securely so they have a better chance of arriving in good shape.

"Easy return info"
I liked that hirts.com had the return policy right there and easy to understand, not buried in a bunch of random pages. I could pretty much tell what to do if something went wrong, so ordering felt a little easier. Just simple, no weird confusion.

"Way More Plants Than I Expected"
Surprised I was by how many plant choices Hirt's Gardens had. I found a few oddball houseplants that I never really see around where I live. The site was easy enough to browse, and for the variety mostly, I’ll probably be back.

"Pretty straightforward experience"
I wasn’t totally sure at first, but hirts ended up feeling legit. The info was easy enough to follow, and I didn’t see anything weird while placing my order. The confirmation emails came through like they should, and everything matched what I was expecting. Nothing super fancy, just a normal site that did what it said. I’d order from them again

"Surprisingly fair prices"
I checked a few other sites before ordering, and hirts actually had prices that felt reasonable, which was a nice change since apparently not every place is trying to sneak in a little extra wherever they can. The shipping and fees were clear enough too, so I wasn’t left guessing what the final total would be. Overall, I’d give them 5 stars for keeping things fair and not making the whole checkout process feel like a trap

I recently bought 3 goldfish plants. order #1075644709, when they arrived, they had all been placed in the box on their sides consequently all the dirt had fallen out & several of the stems on all the plants were broken off, and only one plant had any blossoms. i would appreciate your replacing these plants, and mail them in a way so they arrive in better condition. if you are unable to replace them then please credit my account... thank you. bonnie kinney. 585.507.7336 or work phone 585.371.3300
